Natural Elements @ Mind Body Spirit Festival
On the 24th May 2013 our Natural Elements performance team are off to take part in the epic weekend of spirituality that is the Mind Body Spirit Festival in London. We will be demonstrating and also taking a Tai Chi taster session. Please click here and find out all that's happening.

Closing dates for Christmas
This year we are closed from 20th December 2012 through to 6th January 2013. Sessions begin again from 7th January 2013.

Kung Fu Kickathon and Tai Chiaton
On the 15th and 16th of December 2012 we are running a sponsored Kung Fu Kickathon and Tai Chiathon as fundraisers for club equipment. For the Kung Fu Kickathon, our Kung Fu kids will be doing Kung Fu Kicks for 3 hours! For the Tai Chiathon, our head instructor Paul Lockyer and students will be doing Tai Chi for 8 hours *phew*
Needless to say, it will be challenging for everybody involved, but the money raised is going to important safety equipment and a club van in which to carry it. The club van will help to carry all the equipment to and from the various venues we teach at and also will be used for any events or for helping out our community of students.
One of the other things we are aiming to buy with the money raised is an indoor inflatable tumble track for learning Kung Fu acrobatics efficiently and safely (and it's fun too!). Click [here] to see what the track looks like.

2012 Christmas Party and Singing Bowl Concert
We are very excited to announce this year's Natural Elements christmas party - Thursday 20th December 2012! In addition to a light buffet, we are greatly blessed to have well known and highly respected musician and healer Frank Perry join us. Frank creates a magical, energetic and atmospheric experience that is truly not to be missed! So join us and bring your yoga matts, pillows, blankets, family and friends! (chairs will be provided as well)
Ticket prices are £15 for adults and £12 for under 12 year olds, which includes singing bowl concert, a light buffet and all soft drinks.

Introductory Tai Chi workshop in Southampton
On Saturday 27th October, Paul Lockyer is coming to Southampton to run an introductory workshop on Chen style Tai Chi. This is a great opportunity for beginners and Tai Chi enthusiasts alike to learn more about this dynamic style of Tai Chi.
The workshop will cover the underlying philosophy of Tai Chi, Silk Reeling practice (spiral energy movements) and the beginning of the 11 part form (as taught by Grandmaster Kongjie Gou). It will help you to begin the journey of connecting your mind/intention, Qi (energy) and physical movements through traditional techniques communicated in a fun and modern way.
The workshop is held at the Exile Gym, Unit 1, Redcar Street, Shirley, Southampton, SO15 5LL.
Cost is £35, or £30 concession.
