REIKI Courses available with Natural Elements
Reiki is a Japanese Healing system for Health and Wellbeing, most importantly it is also a journey of spiritual growth.
Natural Elements run regular courses for this beautiful art at all levels.
Reiki I, II & III (Master/Teacher Level)
We will be running the following courses at the end of 2014:
Reiki I - 28th and 29th Nov 2014, Reiki II - 7th and 8th Dec 2014, Reiki III - Early 2015

Holistic Evening!
Tuesday 22nd April 2014 - 6pm - 10pm
We are hosting a fantabulous Holistic Evening at The Mad Cucumber in central Bournemouth on Tuesday 22nd April! If you fancy trying out some Crystal Healing, Reiki or Tui Na - Chinese Medical Massage, or even learn about Bach Flower Remedies, then come and pop along. Running from 6pm till 10pm and costing just £10 for a 20 minute treatment come and get pampered in Bournemouth's best Cafe!

NEW Children's Meditation Class!
From Sunday 6th April 2014 we are beginning a new six week Children's Meditation class at the Mad Cucumber Cafe in Bournemouth! Starting at 9AM running till 9.35AM these Sunday classes include guided meditations and inspirational story telling, tailored specifically for children aged 5 - 12 years.
Under 5's are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

SUMMER TAI CHI AND KUNG FU TRAINING CAMP 2014

Tai Chi training with 12th Generation Chen Style Tai Chi Disciple Paul Lockyer - Ying Yong, plus very special guest instructor 11th Generation Chen Style Tai Chi Lineage Holder Grand Master Gou Kongjie.
Kung Fu Training with 35th Generation Shaolin Warrior Disciple Martine Niven - Chen Miao Shan, plus very special guest instructor 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk Shifu Shi Yanming.
A fantastic opportunity to develop your skills with up to 8 hours a day of Shaolin Kung Fu or Chen style Tai Chi training in a beautiful setting. Eat, sleep and breathe a traditional Chinese way of life as you immerse yourself in this unique experience! (more...)

Christmas Party 2013!

It's that time of year again! Yipeeee! For 2013 we at Natural Elements are going for an Italiano Crimbo Party! Everyone is welcome including partners, families and friends! There will be the usual raffle and this time its Christmas Fancy Dress with a prize for the best dressed! So get creative and join us for the best night of the year.
