NEW Children's Meditation Class!
From Sunday 6th April 2014 we are beginning a new six week Children's Meditation class at the Mad Cucumber Cafe in Bournemouth! Starting at 9AM running till 9.35AM these Sunday classes include guided meditations and inspirational story telling, tailored specifically for children aged 5 - 12 years.
Under 5's are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
