Free Qi Gong Course
As part of the South West Community Project, Paul Lockyer is running a free Qi Gong course at the Moordown Community Centre in Bournemouth!

Tui Na For All Workshop
As part of the Natural Elements Group, Martine Niven is running a 2-day practical workshop in June for anybody who would like to learn about Chinese Medial Massage. This is a great opportunity for anybody, even if you have attended a previous workshop or are a new massage therapist wanting to extend your skill set.
The workshop is run to be informative and very practical, with demonstrations of other Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies like Fire Cupping and Moxabustion. There will also be useful Chinese Medicine dietary therapy.

Summer Kung Fu Camp 2012
Come and join us for another awesome week of Summer Kung Fu Camp training! We'll be learning new forms, acrobatics, San Shou, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and much more!! At the end of the week it's custom to celebrate our hard week of training with a fun event, this year we're going to Snow Trax for Ringos and Sledging!

Two-Day Tai Chi Workshop with Grandmaster Gou
Learn authentic Chen Style Tai Chi from one of it's foremost exponents. Eleventh generation lineage holder and creator of the 11 Part Form. With over 45 years of experience this is an unmissable opportunity to be taught by Grandmaster Gou, senior indoor student of Chen Zhao kui and one of the most respected and revered teachers of Chen Style Tai Chi.
The workshop is held over two days, 10-11 March 2012:
- Saturday 10th: 3pm to 6pm
- Sunday 11th: 3pm to 6pm
The worshop is open to anybody, at any level and any age, so the younger practicioners can also participate!
Costs: Non mem £65 | Mem £60 | Child Non mem £45 | Child mem £40
There will also be a traditional Bai Shi ceremony between 2pm - 3pm on Sunday 11th as our instructor Paul Lockyer becomes a disciple of Grandmaster Gou. All our students and friends are invited to join us as Paul takes the responsibility of being a 12th generation disciple of Chen style Tai Chi.

Chinese Lantern Festival Celebration 2012
2012 is the year of the Water Dragon and we are celebrating the Chinese Lantern Festival at the Bishop of Winchester School in Bournemouth on Sunday 26th February.
There is an exciting programme of entertainment, including Dragon dancing, traditional Chinese dancing and singing, and Tai Chi and Kung Fu performances by teachers and students from Natural Elements.
Tickets are sold at the door for only £1.50 for adults and children.
Doors open at 12:00.
