Membership - Standing Order Calculations
Important Information below - PLEASE READ
Please note that monthly standing orders have been calculated in the following way:
First an initial amount is calculated by adding fees per class over the calendar year (actual calculation depends on each individual students number of classes attended in a week) There has then been 4 weeks adjusted to cover holidays that students may take or for school holidays and closures that we may put in place (i.e. the total amount is over 48 weeks not 52) this is then divided back (over 12 months) into the monthly amount that the student pays as their standing order. Therefore 4 weeks a year can be taken as holiday by the student or the school, without affecting the monthly amount paid.
However we are still happy for students to use up the particular amount of classes they have at any other appropriate classes within any one given month. For example should a student go on holiday during the month of May and will miss "X" amount of sessions they are more than welcome to use those same number of sessions at another of our classes that are appropriate to their skill level within the month of May.
