Beginners Chen Tai Chi Workshop
Saturday 23rd November 2019 - 1.30pm to 6.30pm
DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND we are running another beginners session at the end of November. All levels including complete beginners welcome! This workshop is a must for all new comers and those wishing to improve their beginner level of Chen Style Tai Chi Quan. It will help deepen your understanding of the techniques of the Silk Reeling Basics and the 11 Part Form (as taught by Grandmaster Gou Kongjie) and by the end of the workshop you will be able to practise the Form the whole way through with cleaner movements, a greater internal awareness & basic understanding of Tai Chi Principles. Everything you need to help you improve and grow in a class setting!

Beginners Shaolin Kung Fu Course
STARTS - 7th September 2019 | 11am - 12noon
The basic stances, movements, stretching and strength in Shaolin Kung Fu are the building blocks of our foundation. Once we have that unfaltering structure everything else flows.
To that end we are running our NEW Beginners Shaolin Kung Fu Course from the 7th September. The tempo of the class will be a little slower and with more attention to detail. A perfect class for complete beginners and those wishing to improve their foundation level.
These sessions will be in addition to the main Kung Fu class we run on Sundays and payable by the course which can be booked with us via the details at the bottom of this page.

Bournemouth Summer Camp 2019
A week long course of Shaolin Kung Fu & Chen Tai Chi Awesomeness!
Summer, summer summertime!! It's that time of year again folks and preparations are under way for another fantastic year of Shaolin Kung Fu and Chen Tai Chi fun all jammed into one week of intensive training here in Bournemouth!! Everything you need to know is shown on the poster above or written below. Don't forget we always end the week with an awesome social event (TBC), much fun and laughter! The camp is for all levels and both adults and children.
It's a great way to increase your skill and best of all you get to sleep in your own bed!
