Chen Tai Chi Intermediates Improvers Workshop
A mixture of more advanced silk reeling basics (as taught by Grandmaster Gou) Fajin exercises, push hands techniques, applications and Form, in order to help improve your understanding of principles, internal connection, the eight energies, and the reasoning behind movements and their uses. Thus deepening your overall understanding of your Tai Chi Practise.
